Jodie Davey
Director of Powerful Partnerships
Jodie Davey began her teaching career in 1992 in South Australia. She has held various roles including Curriculum Coordinator, Curriculum Adviser, Director of Teacher Performance and Development, Head of School and Deputy Principal in both state, independent and catholic sectors. Jodie has also spent time in Shanghai and Hong Kong working in International Schools for a number of years.
She has a Bachelor of Teaching, Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education - Leadership and Management and an absolute passion for coaching and mentoring teachers and leaders through her company Powerful Partnerships.
These varied experiences have allowed her to grow as an educational leader and she now travels to many schools throughout Australia, from large cities to remote NT communities. Her passion and dedication lie in supporting teachers build their knowledge and skills in effective pedagogical practices, and supporting leaders to create authentic, successful and empowering schools.
Powerful Partnerships focuses on building the capacity of others through engaging and relevant professional development and mentoring. She is passionate about supporting teachers and leaders to develop the skills and strategies they need in order to provide the best possible outcomes for our children.
